Terms and Conditions of Participation
1.1. The organizer of the Promotion is FASTFOOD CJSC (Taxpayer Identification Number: 02701587) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2. The Promotion shall be conducted from June 11, 2026, through July 19, 2026, inclusive.
1.3. The Promotion is an advertising campaign conducted for the purpose of promoting products and services.
1.4. By participating in the Promotion, the participant fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. All natural persons may participate in the Promotion.
2.2. Employees of the Organizer, persons involved in the organization of the Promotion, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.
2.3. Participation shall be deemed invalid if carried out through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3.1. Participation requires the purchase of a special football combo.
3.1.1. The guest purchases a special football combo at Pizza Hut restaurants, www.pizza-hut.am, or third-party delivery aggregators.
3.2. One participation code is provided for each purchase.
3.3. One person can receive more than one code in case of more than one order.
3.4. The codes and the QR code to the Telegram channel are pre-printed and placed on the cardboard cover connecting the pizza boxes.
4.1. Each code is unique.
4.2. Each code may be used only once.
4.3. Forged, altered, or otherwise unauthorized codes shall be considered invalid.
4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to block suspicious codes.
4.5. The guest can enter the individual participation code on the special Telegram channel for the contest: https://t.me/pizzahut_arm_bot, which the buyer will find on the official website, as well as after scanning the QR code.
5.1. Prior to the commencement of the Promotion, a database of participation codes shall be generated.
5.2. A portion of the codes shall be randomly assigned winning status and a corresponding prize.
5.3. Upon entering a code, the system shall immediately display the result.
5.4. The Organizer’s database shall serve as the final and authoritative source of information.
Total number of prizes: 203 pcs.
The Organizer has the right to replace the prize with another prize of the same or higher value in case of objective necessity.
7.1. The winner must appear at the Pizza Hut branch at Tigran Mets 15/6.
7.2. The winner must present an identification document and the winning message containing the winning code.
7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information for identification purposes.
7.4. Prizes must be claimed by August 31, 2026.
7.5. Prizes not claimed within the specified period may not be awarded.
7.6. If a winning participant does not claim the prize within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dispose of the prize, including using it in future advertising campaigns or for other purposes.
8.1. The participant agrees to the processing of their personal data.
8.2. Personal data shall be processed for the purposes of organizing the Promotion, identifying winners, and awarding prizes.
8.3. Data processing shall be carried out in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
9.1. Any tax obligations associated with prizes shall be fulfilled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
10.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for internet, software, or technical failures.
10.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for incorrect email addresses, failure to receive messages, or loss of codes.
10.3. The Organizer shall not be liable for the actions of third parties.
11.1. The Organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from the Promotion if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11.2. In such cases, any prize may be canceled.
12.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays or cancellation of the Promotion resulting from force majeure circumstances.
13.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion by publishing appropriate information.
13.2. Any amendments shall enter into force upon publication.
14.1. All matters relating to the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
14.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach agreement, shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
